So we match the voltage—anywhere from 110V to 240V or 400V—to whatever power setup you’ve got locally. That way, wiring is clean and simple, no mismatch headaches. Wattage is chosen based on what you actually need, ranging from 800W to 2500W, so the space heats up fast. And the tube length? We size it to the job. Shorter tubes, 300mm to 600mm, for tight corners. Longer ones, up to 1200mm, for bigger areas. It keeps the heat even and steady, no matter the space.
The Build: Built to Last, Built to Perform
The warmth comes from a halogen element tucked inside a quartz tube—chosen because it heats up quickly and handles high temps without blinking. We add a reflective coating on the tube, too. That pushes more of the heat where you want it, wastes less energy, and keeps nearby parts from getting roasted. And the connectors? They matter more than you’d think. We use R7s and Sk15 types because they hold tight, stay low-resistance, and keep working even after repeated heating and cooling. No voltage dips. No hot spots that could fry your terminals.
Smart Control, Built-In Toughness
Smart integration means the heater can team up with your gateway through RS485, Wi-Fi, or Zigbee. You fire it up from an app, and the system runs the pre-set power, timing, and safety cutoffs on its own. What does that feel like? Just keep in mind: high heat density means you need proper ventilation and a controller that can handle the current load. We handle the heater.
