We built this PVD lamp to keep that from happening, and it runs 24/7 without cutting corners.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;h2 id=&#34;what-matters-technically&#34;&gt;What matters, technically&lt;/h2&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;This lamp brings fast thermal response and &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.net&#34;&gt;tight&lt;/a&gt; uniformity &lt;a href=&#34;https://goldisgood.com&#34;&gt;across&lt;/a&gt; the target, so temperature &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.com&#34;&gt;stays&lt;/a&gt; within ±0.1°C during the critical bake steps. The short-wave infrared profile hits temperature quickly, cutting thermal lag and letting you dial in photoresist soft bake and hard bake profiles the way you need them.&#xA;Cleanroom-compatible materials and a sealed build keep particle generation at zero, so it sits comfortably in Class 1–100 environments. The long-life filament design and tough quartz envelope push service intervals into the tens of thousands of hours, with output drift under 5% after 5,000 hours.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
