On the flexible display line, the photoresist bake isn’t a background step. It’s a yield gate.
A 1°C drift in soft bake or hard bake will shift critical dimension and bring scumming along for the ride. The drying lamp can’t be another variable. It has to be the thermal constant.

What actually matters

We built the flexible display drying lamp around repeatable heat delivery. Halogen sources throw short-wave energy at the surface, so you get rapid, surface-led drying. If you’re running thicker films or thermally sensitive stacks, medium-wave and NIR configurations are available.
Expect ±0.1°C wafer-level uniformity across the active zone, and setpoint control that stays within ±0.5°C even when line voltage swings. The system runs in Class 1–100 cleanrooms without stirring particles: sealed quartz envelopes, low-outgassing fixtures, and a laminar airflow path that keeps particle counts flat.
Output holds within 2% over 5,000+ hours. The lamp module drops straight into standard track interfaces, with 24 V control and solid connector options.
