The system runs in Class 1–100 cleanrooms without stirring particles: sealed quartz envelopes, low-outgassing fixtures, and a laminar airflow path that keeps particle counts flat.&#xA;Output holds within 2% over 5,000+ hours. The lamp module drops straight into standard track interfaces, with 24 V control and solid connector options.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
