They scale from 1000W to 2500W, so you can match the heat to the job, not the other way around. The tube length is chosen to match your heating zone perfectly. Short tube for a tight spot. Long tube for a wider area. The result? Even heat, without over-engineering the wattage. Using high voltage at this power level also means lower current. That’s a win because it lets you use smaller wiring and cuts down on voltage drop over distance. But there’s a trade-off to consider: a 2500W tube puts out serious energy. So you’ve got to plan your machine’s cooling and clearance to handle the extra warmth and radiant heat.

We use quartz tubes because they’re tough. They handle rapid heating and cooling cycles without breaking a sweat, and they keep the output stable. Inside, the halogen elements give you that immediate infrared response. They’re consistent, too, even when you’re cycling the power on and off all day long. The tubes get a special coating, too. It’s there to fine-tune the emission and shield the element from the environment. And for the connections, we don’t cut corners. We use R7s and SK15 connectors because they’re made to survive industrial vibration and constant maintenance.
