Our infrared lamps work differently. Instead of heating the air, they send energy straight to your walls and floors. When those tiles get warm, the water on them evaporates way faster. Built for the steam
Bathrooms are basically torture chambers for electronics. Steam gets everywhere. That’s why we went with an IP55 rating. In plain English? We sealed these units tight. Dust can’t get in, and low-pressure water splashes won’t cause a short circuit. You can run these in a steamy room without worrying about the internals frying. We also used quartz glass. It handles the “thermal shock” of going from cold to hot instantly. You flip the switch, and it’s warm in seconds. No waiting around.
A quick heads-up on installation
Now, there is one thing to keep in mind. These lamps put out a lot of heat. If you mount them too low or put them too close to a plastic shelf, things can get too hot. You’ll want to check the wattage and set the mounting height carefully. The goal is a nice, wide spread of warmth across the room, not a single scorching hot spot right above your head.
